This is the Alcohol and Drug Council of Tompkins County’s annual event and it is awesome. And I’ll even be speaking at it this year. ADC has been serving the community since 1965, Alcohol & Drug Council of Tompkins County is a private, non-profit agency that provides information, education, counseling, and referral services for area residents and organizations.
